What is the estimated time of delivery? Estimated delivery is within 1-3 days in Hong Kong. We process and send orders from our store at Lee Garden Two, Causeway Bay.
Do you have self pick up location? Welcome self pick up at Shop 106, Lee Garden Two, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Receive a HKD200 cash voucher reward for your next purchase when you come to store for self pick up of your order.
Do you do express delivery on same day as order? We can offer express delivery on same day as order during Monday to Friday at 12-7pm, we highly recommend customers to call and check first with our store at 2528 4988 to ensure service is available during the day.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we do not ship to locations outside Hong Kong
What shipping carriers do you use? We use SF Express and Pickupp for local deliveries.

How to return or exchange an item? We accept return or exchange of unused full-priced items within 14 days of goods delivered, and with original hangtags remain attached to items. All altered and sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please email help@veinthestore.com to request for a return or exchange.
Can I request for an exchange if the size doesn’t fit? We recommend you to email help@veinthestore.com or call our store at 2528 4988 during service hours to make the requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of sizes yet we will do our best to provide service assistance.

Can you explain how the sizing works? The sizes of our clothing selections are in universal and EU sizing, ranging from XS/ 34, S/ 36, M/ 38, L/ 40.

Can I get other sizes? If you need sizes other than those we presented online, welcome to contact us at help@veinthestore.com, or call our store at 2528 4988 during service hours, we cannot guarantee the availability of sizes, we will do our best to provide service assistance including to check and make special order for your requested size from our brand-suppliers abroad with no extra cost nor delivery charges.
